dr. steve cox, Board president
Steve Cox is a professor of Engineering at Northern New Mexico College. Through his work with Moving Arts Española,the Northern New Mexico STEM Mentor Collective and the Española Educational Mentoring Alliance he challenges youth at all levels to engage with science and to mentor their near-peers. In his 28 years at years at Rice University, 10 of which he spent serving as Residential College Magister, Steve nurtured the mentoring spirit of more than one thousand students.
elaine hausman, Board treasurer
Elaine Hausman is President of Rockridge Data Services in Cerrillos, NM, with her husband Dr. Robert F. Hausman, providing custom software design and bookkeeping services. As a strong supporter of youth arts in the community, Elaine was a founding director of the Santa Fe Youth Symphony in 1994, and served as Treasurer and then Executive Director of the Moving People Dance Santa Fe from 2004 through 2009.
robin rodar, board secretary
Robin Rodar is a retired New Mexico educator with experience in teaching, education management, and instructional leadership. She currently volunteers at La Tierra Montessori School of Arts and Sciences, the Mesa Prieta Petroglyph Project, the New Deal Preservation Association, and Cuatro Villas Municipal Water Users Association.
sanjit sethi, board member
Sanjit Sethi is the Director of the Corcoran School of the Arts & Design at George Washington University and former Director of Santa Fe Art Institute. He was Director of the Center for Art and Public Life and Barclay Simpson Professor/ Chair of Community Arts at the California College of the Arts, and has taught at numerous academic institutions.

Jan DiSanti, a passionate equity leader and educator in public schools throughout the United States and internationally as a force for GOOD with emphasis in disrupting systemic racism in education as a social & moral obligation. Founder of P.A.D.O. (Partnerships for Aptitude Development & Orientation) EduCARE, evidence of Jan's dedication to provide every child with life-long education from the inside out through education in Human Values & community service. Inspiring self transformation by encouraging the constructive development of a confident and compassionate attitude towards all forms of life, along with practical skills needed for making positive contributions to personal, professional, family and community life.
